Satin9 Talking Visual Device Software - We have developed the ‘Satin9 Talking Visual Device Software’, used by people with low vision to “read”. The software uses a flatbed scanner to scan a printed page, converts the scanned image to text using an external Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software and outputs the text to the computer speakers.
