Rolling Machine System – Production Software for defining Technical details for converting a metal plate to different shapes like a shell, cone, pipe etc.
Welder Performance Evaluation System - Evaluating the performance of welders on the basis of jobs allocated v/s job completed in graphical and tabular formats.
Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) – Determination of the OEE factor by comparison of Standard Time Required versus Actual Time Taken for each Job and Quality of Jobs executed.
