SPIR – Spare Part Interchangeability Report Software is used by the Purchase Department to cost effectively manage the inventory of spares which are interchangeable between their various machineries.

Equipment Tracking Software - The Contract Department of BG India rents Operation Equipment from various Vendors under contract. The Equipment Tracking System is used to track the Equipment from Receipt at BG (Mobilisation) to return (De-mobilisation) to the Vendor

Cargo Handling Units - The Mumbai Shore Base of BG India uses Cargo Handling Units from various Vendor. The aim of the CHU Tracking System is to track the Location of the CHU as well as track the Statutory Tests to be done from time to time.

Vendor Management Software – This Software is used by their Purchase Department for evaluating vendors on the basis of timely deliveries, quality of goods & the supply price.

BBS Software – The Health, Safety, Security and Environment Department uses the BBS Software to generate reports required for efficient Behavioural Based Study process management and performance evaluation.

Joint Venture Trial Balance Software – The finance department of BG uses this software to prepare the Joint Interest, Billing and Associated Statements, and for apportioning of Expenses and Income of the Joint Venture among the three partners.

Invoicing Software - The Purchase Department of BG India needs to check and sanction invoices received from vendors for goods and services provided. The Software is used to track the invoice from receipt from Finance dept. to return to Finance dept.
